We accept mostly all available options for the digital payments including Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets. A comprehensive list of payment options is available at the time of check out and prior to making the payment for purchase.

You may also make payment via “Cash on Delivery” (COD) at the time of the delivery of the product at a charge as selected in your payment. However, this mode of payment facility is only available in a selected region / area. Hence, based on your location and your choice of products, COD option may or may not be available to you.
All products sold are final sale and cannot be returned for refund or exchange.
We will accept return of products for Manufacturing Defects / Expired products or Damage during transportation once we have received the images for the same and is checked and inspected by our team.
We believe in complete customer satisfaction, and any product which you may have received in a damaged condition due to transportation or manufacturing defect or is expired it will be replaced. Replacement requests will be carefully considered by our customer service team based on the details provided. All efforts will be made to resolve the request/query at the earliest, expected time being 7-10 business days.
If there is any defect you need to inform it to us by sending an email within 48 hours of receiving & accepting the product along with the photos of the issues.
If our reverse pickup service is not available at your location, you would need to self-ship the product via any reliable courier partner. Return Only Acceptable in case of:
Wrong product delivered.
Expired product delivered.
Damaged product delivered – physical damage/ tampered product or packaging.
Incomplete order – missing products.
The return/replacement request is generated after 2 days from the date of delivery.
The damaged/missing product is reported after 2 days from the date of delivery – No Refund/Replacement after 3 days.
Return for goods/merchandise are subject to inspection and checking by VRK Naturals Team on receipt of the goods. The acceptance refund request shall be accepted post inspection and checking by the Team. All payments towards accepted refund requests shall be made within a period of a maximum of 14 days.
You can cancel your order by sending us an email on contact@vrknaturals.com with your order number to raise a cancellation request. Order can be canceled before shipping. Any requests to cancel order post shipping will not be entertained.
Products once bought cannot be exchanged or returned or refunded due to the hygiene nature of the product and are final sale.

In the case where additional import duties, taxes, admin charges which are levied once a shipment reaches your country are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, our shipping partner customs clear your goods for you and deliver them to your doorstep. If an invoice for import duties, taxes and admin charges is presented to you by the shipping partner at the time of delivery, you will have to pay the shipping partner at the time of delivery. Usually shipments to all the European Countries, UK, Ireland, Middle East Countries will be subjected to these additional charges. Please check the import regulations of the receiving country before you order our products.
