2. Solid Diet Plan:
The solid diet plan also has all of the six pillars. After completing the liquid diet plan, you can begin consuming the diet’s permitted solid food. The solid diet plan can be a balanced vegetarian diet or non vegetarian diet, depending on your needs.
Sample Veeramachaneni Solid Diet Plan
- Begin with a glass of lukewarm water, lemon juice, and an early morning walk.
- Breakfast: Egg omelette or boiled eggs with veggies (a maximum of 6 eggs per day are permitted.) Take a multivitamin supplement.
- Mid-Morning Snack: Clear soup (vegetables/chicken/mutton) with approved fats (wood pressed coconut oil). Take a multivitamin supplement.
- Lunch: Vegetable curry or Chicken/Fish/Prawns/Mutton curry with sea salt or rock salt. Cook it with pepper and olive/coconut oil.
- Evening Snack: Veg Salad
- Dinner: Soup with fat; ensure you meet your daily fat target of 70 grams with this meal.
- Make sure to drink 4 litres of water with three lemons per day.
